Why we exist
Too many board packs grow by accretion—another subsidiary slide, another colour legend, another appendix nobody opens. We started Toolkitcorner after years of watching controllers rebuild the same pack under deadline pressure while directors asked for fewer pages and clearer decisions.
How we work
We sit with your figures, not replace your systems. Engagements begin with your freeze calendar, KPI owners, and two recent packs. Design happens in workshops and mark-ups; the first live cycle is part of the fee, not an afterthought.
Who you meet
Senior board-reporting designers and facilitators based at Hoi Luen Ind Centre, Kwun Tong. We travel to Island and Kowloon offices for workshops when the board cycle demands it, and keep remote mark-ups tight between sessions.
