Pages describing engagements, fees, and timelines are informational. A signed proposal or engagement letter sets the binding scope, fees, and deliverables for any board pack, KPI mapping, review, or briefing work.

Intellectual property

Website content, templates shown as examples, and Toolkitcorner methodologies remain our intellectual property unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to you. Client data, figures, and existing board packs remain the client’s property.

Client materials

You confirm you have the right to share packs and figures with us for the engagement. We treat those materials as confidential and use them only to perform the agreed work.

No professional substitute

Our work improves clarity and structure of board reporting. It is not statutory audit, legal advice, investment advice, or company-secretary certification.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Toolkitcorner is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep site content current but may update fees, descriptions, or policies without prior notice. Published guide prices are starting points, not fixed quotes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the website, subject to any different dispute clause in a signed engagement letter.
