Refunds & cancellations
These terms apply to paid Toolkitcorner engagements for executive board pack design, KPI mapping, pack reviews, and briefing support.
Eligibility
Refunds depend on how much scheduled work has started, whether a deposit secured board-cycle dates, and whether custom templates or workshop materials have already been produced for your group.
Timeframe to request
Send refund or cancellation requests in writing to info@toolkitcorner.click within fourteen days of the event giving rise to the request, or sooner if your board date makes delay impractical.
Full refund
A full refund of fees paid is available if we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control, or if you cancel in writing before any kick-off session and before we have begun reviewing your packs—provided no non-refundable third-party room hire was booked at your request.
Partial refund
If you cancel after kick-off but before delivery of the first draft pack or workshop materials, we refund fees paid minus time already worked at the rates in your engagement letter, and minus any agreed deposit that secured a fixed board-week slot.
Non-refundable items
- Completed Board Pack Reviews once annotated files have been delivered
- Completed briefing rehearsals once the session has occurred
- Custom chart libraries and templates already handed over
- Deposits marked non-refundable in the engagement letter for peak board season weeks
Work already started
Design days, interviews, and draft pages already produced are billed. Unused future days on a multi-week engagement may be refunded or credited toward a later cycle if agreed in writing.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a workshop or rehearsal once without fee if you give at least five working days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling charge set out in your letter.
No-shows
If your attendees do not join a booked workshop or rehearsal without notice, that session is treated as delivered and is not refundable.
Process and timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of written approval. We confirm the amount and method by email.
